Cornerstone
Our Voice Group
Cornerstone is a Partnership between Barnardo's, Calderdale
Social Services and Calderdale Primary Care Trust. With additional
funding from Sure Start Elland, SRB5 and Calderdale's Teenage
Pregnancy Strategy Co-ordinator. The project supports families living in
Elland, Greetland and Stainland.
Cornerstone works with and alongside children, young people and
families with the purpose of helping them achieve a positive
experience of childhood and family life.
